Liquid Immersion Cooling Fluid is one of the most modern and potentially exciting forms of modern bitcoin mining & data center cooling options available today.
Liquid immersion cooling uses a specialised dielectric coolant fluid (non-conductive) versus water to attract the heat from mining rig or server components and extracts the heat conducted to significantly reduce the operating temperatures and lower electricity costs (or overall PUE). There is ‘single’ phase and ‘2 phase’ immersion cooling options.
SP-666 SP Dielectric fluid, unlike water, can come into direct contact with any electrical components (like CPU’s, drives, fans, memory, etc.) without causing any damage to functionality & in the case data centers and BTC mining rig farms / operators, it allows a seamless transfer of heat so much more efficiently than water.
We manufacture a Single-Phase Immersion Cooling Fluid as it is efficient and an affordable method of cooling mining rigs, data centers, electrical components, semi-conductors, devices, sub-systems etc by fully immersing the devices or mining rigs directly into a single-phase dielectric heat transfer fluid that is non-conductive. The fluid is passively circulated by the natural convection of the heated coolant or (our suggestion) actively circulated by pumping the dielectric coolant in, through and around the electrical devices being cooled, you can now transfer the heat absorbed by the immersion coolant to a heat rejection device such as a heat exchanger, radiator, dry cooler, liquid-to-liquid, or water cooling tower.
The terms "single-phase" refers to the behavior of the dielectric coolant as it is heated by the electronic devices, meaning it remains in a one state phase.
Our single-phase immersion fluid remains in its liquid form during the entire & continued cooling process, (Eg: A two-phase fluid undergoes a phase change and becomes a gas – producing fluorine gas & condensation). It is critical to understand the design, operation, outcome and potential hazards of your cooling solution to determine what Immersion Fluid is suitable.

You can easily & safely use SP-666 in an open or closed system (recommended), and you can usually use entry level off the shelf pumps, piping, and heat rejection devices like heat exchangers, cooling towers, chillers, or dry coolers to successfully reduce heat and transfer accordingly.
3: SP-666 single-phase coolant does not boil or evaporate and therefore life expectancy can be up to 10+ years before the need to replace the fluid. Our latest product SP-666 SP Dielectric Coolant has an engineered 10+ year expected life span (stored or in use) with our recommendation at the 5-year time frame (under constant use) to inspect / replace with new Immersion Fluid to ensure continued efficiency, performance, consistency, heat reduction and cost savings.
4: SP-666 single-phase coolant has no vapor pressure, hence will never omit any gas or create any gases while in use or storage. Since it cannot enter a ‘gaseous’ state, it will not contaminate the air or the environment. We ensured achieving this outcome during our experimental and testing phases as from a work place health and safety perspective this is critical, as it means there is NO imminent Health Dangers, as you physically can’t inhale our fluid, so no form of any "a toxic dews" will be created, whether you are operating a data center, mining at home or running a mining farm.
